New Runners

Yesterday I got myself a pair of new runners. One that I fell in love with at first sight but the only turn-off is the price – RM 388.00 *gulps*

So I thought of just trying out Jusco because of the mega sales on. And guess what I got the exact pair I feel in love with for only RM388.00 RM 194.00. I got a lovely 50% off. WOW!!

Wondering why I’m so into getting a pair of runers??? Well yeah, some may think it’s just an addition to the shoe fetish of mine. True… No denial of that but also, I inspired by this woman……

She’s one of a kind woman… Look at her arms they are not flabby or skinny, but well toned. She doesn’t diet, she keeps a good and healthy diet.

I love her abs!!! Owhhhh you just got to look at it man..

I’m like kinda underweight. Good part is that diet is not a problem.. So I’m thinking of going for weight to tone and move with the treadmill.. At one point when I did some weights I saw myself more toned. But once I lapsed, I became like bamboo stick… hee hee….

Fats or Muscles??

Yesterday evening I went to True Fitness for a free tour and to collect a free 1 week pass.

Place was awesome and facilities there were so CHUN…not mentioning *cute trainers too* 

Okay the one thing i discovered there was not about the place or the gym facilities neither any of those cute guys there but it was ME…

I look thin and slim but in actual fact I have more fats than i thought i had

I keep to my diet, i fit into size S or M and occasionally XS, but how could it be that i’m only 1 step away from OBESITY???? *scratch scratch*

well well…..the whole point is that dieting alone is not enough to keep the FATS OUT because dieting alone will end up burning muscles and not the fats.. “And what you’ll get is just thin flabby arms as you wave goodbye!!” :( …….However Working out will compliment Dieting by burning the fats yet keeping the Muscles toned…. :)

 

{so Charity, It’s time to get workouts!!}
